When you click on the “place order” button at the end of the online order process, you are confirming your order. You will then be sent an acknowledgement giving a payment reference, an order number (which you should keep for your records) and the amount that has been debited to your credit or debit card. This Order Acknowledgement is not an Order Acceptance from Alambika USA. Your order is accepted at the discretion of Alambika USA.
Please check carefully that the billing details and shipping details you have supplied are correct, since we are unable to offer refunds for orders either lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part.
The prices indicated for each product are exclusive of shipping charges (see below). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Shipping charges will be added to your order once you reach the checkout stage, since they depend on package weight and destination.
Alambika USA only ships within The United States. A shipping charge will be added to your order; this is calculated automatically and is based on the weight and destination of your order.
If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock you will recieve a notification in the shopping cart. Out of Stock items can take an additional 6-8 Weeks for delivery.
We ship 95% of orders within 2 business days. If your order is delayed in any way we will let you know within 2 working days.
If your package is unable to be delivered (for example because there is nobody available to receive it) a note will be left with instructions of where it can be collected. If it is not collected, it will eventually be returned to Alambika USA. Under such circumstances Alambika USA reserves the right to request a further delivery charge to re-send your order. If you decide to cancel your order after a failed delivery attempt, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping cost, once we have received the package in good condition.
Please be sure to let us know within three working days if your package is damaged in any way, or if there are any errors. It may not be possible to rectify any errors unless they are reported within this period.
All goods supplied by us remain the property of Alambika USA until paid in full.
If you cancel your order before we have shipped it out, we will refund you in full.
